The last time my parents came to visit they brought me three of these citrus-infused olive oils from the Pearson Ranch ($16 each) as a little gift. Since then, I have become absolutely obsessed with them and cook with them almost every day. I used the Tahitian Lime one on fish, the Meyer Lemon one on asparagus and my favorite, the Blood Orange flavor, on steamed broccoli- so good. They are also delicious in salad dressing, on stir-fried veggies, or even just as a dip with a nice piece of bread. They sell similar ones at Trader Joe's and CostPlus, so go crazy. They make a great housewarming or hostess gift during the holidays- Olive 'Em!
